Legal & Support
Terms of Service
Your account, platform services, use of funds, withdrawals and rights as a MicroDOGE user.
Operator and scope
MicroDOGE is operated by MICRODOGE INC. These Terms apply to the accounts, digital asset prediction information, and any deposit, withdrawal, internal swap, asset lock and promotional reward services actually made available through microdoge.ai. “Platform,” “we” and “us” refer to MICRODOGE INC.; “user” and “you” refer to any individual or organization using the relevant services.
The platform serves users globally. Specific services are provided subject to applicable law, the scope of relevant licenses, user eligibility and actual availability. Certain features may be restricted by legal requirements, sanctions, third-party service conditions or your location. Access to the website or the ability to connect a wallet does not, by itself, mean that all financial features are available to you.
The Privacy Policy, Risk Disclosure, Disclaimer and Cookie Policy separately explain personal information processing, key risks, limitations on the use of information, and browser storage. Specific product rules must be displayed before participation. Product-specific terms apply together with these Terms; undisclosed internal rules must not be used to retroactively reduce confirmed entitlements.
Eligibility and acceptance
Financial features are available only to users who are at least 18 years old, have the necessary legal capacity and meet applicable eligibility requirements. A higher minimum age applies where required by local law. An organization must act through an authorized representative. You must not impersonate another person or misuse another person's account.
When you register an account, activate financial features or join a specific promotion, the platform must provide the relevant terms and obtain any necessary express consent. Merely browsing the website, connecting a wallet, accepting essential cookies or signing a login message does not constitute blanket authorization for undisclosed uses of funds, reward deductions or subsequent on-chain transactions.
You must provide accurate information that is required by law and necessary for the actual service. The platform may request necessary information for account security, identity verification, source-of-funds checks or legal obligations, and must explain the purpose of collection. The platform will not ask for your wallet recovery phrase, private key or a verification code that can be used directly to sign in.
Account and wallet security
The platform identifies accounts through a UID, linked wallet and relevant verification information. Safeguard your device, wallet and login credentials, review the action shown in each wallet prompt, and promptly contact the platform if you discover unusual access, an unintended signature or a transaction you did not authorize.
Login verification, changing a withdrawal address and executing an asset transaction are separate actions. The platform must explain their purposes and consequences separately and must not use a login signature as a substitute for authorization of a subsequent asset transfer. Verification of wallet control does not establish identity, source of funds or service eligibility.
If your wallet is lost, your account is compromised or a dispute arises, you may submit a security or recovery request through the official email address. The platform will verify the applicant's authority according to the risk and take necessary measures within the law. Account recovery does not guarantee an asset transfer when the rightful holder cannot be verified. Responsibility is determined by the actual cause, each party's obligations and applicable law.
AI prediction information
The platform publishes digital asset predictions directly, displaying the assets, directions, target prices, time periods, publication times and historical records actually published. Coverage may include BTC, ETH, SOL and other altcoins, as specified in the published content. Viewing predictions does not require users to submit their own supporting analysis.
Predictions are based on data available at the time and model outputs. They may be wrong, delayed or invalidated by market changes. Predictions, target prices, probabilities and historical records do not guarantee accuracy, the safety of principal or profit, and do not replace investment, legal or tax judgment appropriate to your circumstances.
If historical performance is displayed, the platform must explain the reporting period, sample, evaluation method and treatment of revisions, and distinguish illustrative, test, historical and live data. It must not selectively display only successful predictions. Any future prediction contract trading, trading on behalf of users or personalized investment services must have separate eligibility disclosures and product agreements.
Deposit assets and networks
The deposit page must clearly display supported assets, networks, token contracts, receiving addresses, confirmation requirements and limits. Check each item before transferring funds. Do not identify a network solely by an asset's name, icon or the appearance of an address. A wrapped token on one network may differ from the asset on its native chain.
An incorrect address, network or token contract, or an unsupported asset, may prevent a deposit from being credited or cause permanent loss. The platform will reasonably investigate unusual deposits supported by evidence, but does not guarantee recovery of mistaken transfers or promise support beyond the assets and networks listed on the page.
On-chain broadcast, block confirmation, recognition and crediting by the platform, and available balance are separate states. Chain reorganizations, network failures, unusual sources or accounting errors may require further investigation. You may request a review by providing your UID, network, asset, transaction time and transaction hash (TxHash).
Fund management and third-party exchanges
After a deposit, the platform records the corresponding internal balance and is responsible for reviewing and arranging payment of valid withdrawal requests. Because the platform can manage and move these funds, assets transferred to the platform cannot be recovered solely by using your own wallet's private key.
The platform uses an OKX corporate account for project fund transfers. Internal account settings, account identifiers, allocation of operating permissions and other specific details are not disclosed in this document at present. The temporary non-disclosure of internal details does not remove any legal obligation to disclose the service provider, fund arrangements, user rights or material risks.
User principal must be recorded and reconciled separately from the platform's own funds, rewards and fees. A third-party account, public on-chain address or displayed internal balance does not, by itself, establish asset segregation, full reserves, an audit conclusion or insolvency protection. A third-party exchange's licenses, insurance and security arrangements do not automatically extend to MicroDOGE.
Restrictions on the use of user principal
The platform prohibits the use of user principal for trading, lending or staking by the platform or third parties, or to maintain liquidity for the platform token. The platform must not override these prohibited uses on the grounds of project operations, project fund transfers, reward funding or general user consent.
The platform's own investment, trading, subsidy and liquidity activities must use its own funds and must not draw on user principal. This section restricts the platform's use of user principal; it does not prevent users from initiating swaps or withdrawals under disclosed product rules.
These restrictions do not guarantee asset price preservation, absolute safety, independent custody or deposit insurance. If the platform breaches them, it must bear the corresponding responsibility under the contract and applicable law, and cannot avoid that responsibility through risk disclosures.
Withdrawal conditions and address protection
You may request withdrawal of assets that are available, eligible for withdrawal and not subject to lawful restrictions. Before submitting a request, check the asset, network, address, amount, expected amount to be received and any necessary conditions displayed at that time. The platform must separately display request, review, payment and on-chain confirmation statuses.
Ordinary withdrawals have no additional operational cooldown, and a successful withdrawal does not trigger an account-wide or all-asset cooldown. After a withdrawal wallet address is successfully changed, the new address has a 24-hour cooldown starting from the successful change. Normal withdrawals resume when it expires, with no additional operational waiting period. Completing signature verification does not waive this address-change protection.
This 24-hour rule applies to the new address after a change. It does not automatically require a 24-hour wait for first-time address registration or every withdrawal. An address change must not silently replace the receiving address on an already submitted order. Lawful security or judicial restrictions differ from routine operational cooldowns; reasons and review channels must be explained to the extent permitted.
Withdrawal fees and processing time
The platform charges no additional withdrawal fee. Once an eligible withdrawal request is successfully submitted, the platform conducts a manual review and processes it within 30 minutes. If it remains unprocessed after 30 minutes, contact official staff; the current email address is microstrategyw@gmail.com.
The 30-minute period is the platform's review and processing deadline, not a guarantee of blockchain receipt. The platform must record the actual processing result or payment status; merely changing an order to “Under review” does not count as completed processing. After payment, it must provide a verifiable network, TxHash and status. Approval does not mean that funds have arrived.
If a blockchain network, exchange or other third party actually charges a fee, the platform must disclose its amount or calculation method, who bears it and the expected amount to be received before submission. No additional platform fee does not automatically mean all third-party fees are zero. Undisclosed or unagreed costs must not be arbitrarily charged or deducted afterward.
Internal swaps and the platform token
When internal swaps are available, the assets, quote, validity period, spread, fees, limits and crediting conditions must be shown before confirmation. An internal ledger swap does not mean a trade has executed on an external exchange or DEX, and does not guarantee that the asset can be sold externally at the same price.
This document does not promise an issuance date, quantity, listing, fixed price, fixed buyback or external liquidity. An internal balance or demonstration interface does not, by itself, prove that tokens have been issued, distributed, recorded on-chain or made externally tradable.
The platform token does not inherently represent company equity, fixed dividends, a stablecoin, redemption in US dollars or rights guaranteed by a regulated institution. Its uses, issuance and holder rights must be set out in legally effective formal disclosures.
Asset locks and promotional rewards
Rewards are described in the rules of each promotion. This section does not promise fixed returns or any specific reward amount. Promotions with undetermined conditions must open only after complete rules have been published and confirmed by users.
The platform must display locked principal and rewards separately and explain the lock's start and end, accrual rules, settlement at maturity, withdrawal eligibility and how the promotion may change. Reward token quantities, estimated market values and amounts actually realizable are different matters. Subsidies or returns on the platform's own funds must not alter the restrictions on principal use in Section 7.
Lawful contractual rights already established must be handled under the rules effective when the user joined. The platform must not retroactively reduce confirmed principal or arbitrarily cancel clearly acquired reward entitlements by changing a promotion's name or rules.
Early unlocking
Users may request early unlocking. Early unlocking adjusts rewards only and does not deduct principal. A request must be submitted at least one day in advance and is subject to review. Review takes 24 to 72 hours. Once approved, the assets are first released to the platform's available balance; the user must then submit a separate withdrawal request.
The specific reward reduction formula, accrual cutoff, treatment of rewards already distributed and detailed rules for timing the application review must be published before the relevant promotion opens and shown before users participate. An unpublished algorithm cannot justify arbitrary deductions afterward.
Early unlocking review and ordinary withdrawal are separate stages. The 24-to-72-hour period is not the processing time for an ordinary withdrawal. Eligible withdrawal requests submitted after unlocking are governed by Sections 8 and 9. Address-change cooldowns and unlocking status must be displayed separately; unlocking review must not become a waiting period for every withdrawal.
Accounting errors and exceptional situations
If duplicate credits, calculation errors or clear anomalies are found, the platform may correct its accounts using verifiable records and explain the disclosable reasons, amounts and supporting basis to affected users. Users may request a review; backend figures must not be treated as the only unquestionable evidence.
Where there is actual unlawful activity, account theft, a major system failure, a legal requirement or a material security risk, the platform may restrict relevant actions to the extent necessary. It must act promptly and, within legal limits, notify users, explain the status and provide an appeal channel. General security reasons must not be used to delay ordinary withdrawals indefinitely.
Prohibited conduct
You must not use the platform for fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, identity theft, market manipulation, malicious attacks, unauthorized use of another person's assets or evasion of necessary risk controls. Identity or source-of-funds checks must remain lawful, necessary and reasonable in scope.
Promotions, invitations and partnerships must disclose relevant interests. Participants must not impersonate official representatives or make unsubstantiated claims of guaranteed profits, principal protection or government backing. Users must not upload unlawful content, infringe others' rights or disrupt normal services.
Content and intellectual property
Rights in the platform's name, logos, interface, software and original content belong to the relevant rights holders under law. Unless legally permitted or authorized, you must not impersonate the platform's brand, sell access without permission or use automation to seriously disrupt services.
You retain rights in content you lawfully submit and permit the platform to process it only as necessary to provide the relevant service. This permission does not authorize use of account, asset or support information for AI training. Suspected infringement may be reported to the official email address with necessary evidence.
Liability and events beyond control
Market volatility, network outages, third-party restrictions and events beyond control may affect services. The platform must take reasonable measures to reduce their impact and provide status updates when it can. Such events do not automatically discharge existing obligations to return assets, reconcile accounts or provide notice.
These Terms do not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, or relieve the platform of liability for fraud, unauthorized use of funds, breach of confirmed obligations or other conduct for which it is legally responsible. No fixed liability cap, mandatory arbitration or waiver of class action rights is imposed.
Account closure and service changes
You may contact the platform to request account closure. Outstanding orders, locked assets and withdrawable balances must be handled first. Records legally required to be retained are handled under the Privacy Policy. Closing an account or ending a service does not automatically transfer ownership of a user's lawful assets to the platform.
When features, supported assets or important rules change, the platform must provide necessary notice and reasonable exit arrangements. Changes affecting fund use, fees, rewards, exit rights or material privacy purposes require notice and any necessary consent under applicable requirements. Existing entitlements must not be changed retroactively by silently replacing footer documents.
Contact, complaints and disputes
The official contact email is microstrategyw@gmail.com support, complaints, privacy and security matters. If it is later replaced by a company email address, the platform will announce this on its official pages. For fund-related issues, provide your UID, order number, asset, network, time and any necessary TxHash. Do not send recovery phrases, private keys or usable verification codes.
Disputes may first be discussed through official channels. If unresolved, either party may still seek relief from a court or competent authority with lawful jurisdiction. This section does not preclude mandatory user rights. Applicable law and jurisdiction are determined under the rules that legally apply.
Material updates must be appropriately notified. If a provision is legally invalid, the remaining lawful and valid provisions and statutory rights remain unaffected.
