Privacy Policy
How personal information is collected, used, shared and retained, and how to exercise your rights.
Responsible entity and scope
MICRODOGE INC. is responsible for the MicroDOGE platform's own processing of personal information. This Policy explains the categories, purposes, sharing, retention and user rights relating to personal information involved in accounts, prediction information, financial features and support services. Privacy requests and security concerns may be sent to microstrategyw@gmail.com This Policy does not cover all processing by independent wallets, exchanges or other third parties when they provide services directly to you. Their own policies apply. The platform remains responsible for its own collection and transmission of data, selection of providers and legal obligations.
Information categories and sources
Account information includes the UID, linked wallet address and account status generated during actual registration or use, and any nickname, contact details or referral relationships you voluntarily provide. A wallet address linked to an account, transactions or contact details may identify an individual and must not invariably be treated as anonymous data.
Asset and order information includes records of actual deposits, withdrawals, internal swaps, asset locks, rewards, early unlocking, accounting adjustments and related reviews, along with the corresponding addresses, networks, asset types, amounts, times, order numbers and transaction hashes.
For login and security verification, the platform processes relevant random verification values, session records and permission records. Website operation and third-party connections may also involve IP addresses, browser and device information, requests and error logs. Actual collection of each field must follow the production data inventory and disclosures provided at collection. Listing fields in this Policy does not mean that all of them are collected.
When you contact support, the platform processes the questions, screenshots, contact details and necessary transaction information you submit. If identity or source-of-funds verification is genuinely necessary, the categories, purposes, recipients and retention requirements must be explained separately before collection. Do not submit recovery phrases, private keys, complete login credentials or sensitive information unrelated to the issue.
Purposes and grounds for processing
Information is used to provide the services you request, including account login, permission verification, balance reconciliation, withdrawal processing, reward settlement, early unlocking, troubleshooting, support responses and necessary security protection. Where legally required, it is also used to meet applicable recordkeeping, reporting and other legal obligations.
Where applicable law distinguishes legal grounds for processing, we process information on grounds such as performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, valid consent or applicable legitimate interests, meeting the conditions for each ground. Purposes requiring consent must not be authorized solely through general acceptance of the Terms of Service.
Refusing information required for a necessary feature may make that feature unavailable. Non-essential marketing or analytics must not be improperly bundled into conditions for basic services. A new use incompatible with the original purpose requires prior notice and the applicable authorization.
AI training restrictions
The platform does not use user account information, asset and financial records or support information to train AI models. Providing AI predictions does not make these data freely available for training or public disclosure.
If a necessary feature involves AI or other service providers, the platform must limit their purposes and access and implement these training restrictions through contracts and actual configuration. A training prohibition does not automatically rule out other necessary transfers or short-term processing. Actual recipients, purposes and retention practices must be truthfully disclosed.
Recipients and sharing
To the extent actually necessary for the business and lawful, data may be processed by infrastructure, database, email, support, security, wallet connection, RPC or market data providers. Data supplied to providers must be limited to the relevant purpose and covered by applicable contractual and security arrangements.
The platform uses an OKX corporate account for project fund transfers. Necessary information is provided to the relevant entity only when actually needed for business or required by law. Use of that account does not imply that all user identity information is transmitted to it. Internal account identifiers and permission settings need not be disclosed to every user, but categories of recipients of user data and material processing activities must still be explained.
Information may need to be disclosed to the extent necessary to respond lawfully to judicial or regulatory requests, protect lawful rights, or carry out a merger or restructuring. An organizational change does not automatically authorize an expanded purpose. Cross-context advertising sharing, or a “sale” under applicable law, cannot be determined solely by whether cash is received.
Public blockchain data and third-party linkage
Public blockchains may continuously display wallet addresses, amounts, assets, transaction times and hashes. Third parties may read these records and analyze them alongside other data. The platform cannot universally delete public records stored by independent blockchains, other nodes or independent third parties.
The inability to delete on-chain records does not permit indefinite retention of all platform data. Deletion requests will distinguish information held by the platform, legally retained information, on-chain records and independent third-party records, and explain what can be handled.
Retention periods
Information is retained only as long as needed for disclosed purposes, valid contracts, dispute resolution, necessary security checks or legal compliance. Retention periods must be determined separately for account, financial and order, review, support, operational log and backup records. When the purpose ends, information must be deleted or irreversibly anonymized as required by law.
Records may continue to be retained as necessary where there are outstanding orders, active disputes or legal retention requirements. Account closure, disconnecting a wallet or clearing cookies does not automatically delete transaction information that must legally be retained. Cookie expiration also does not mean server records are deleted at the same time.
Security and incident response
The platform must implement reasonable access permissions, credential protection, activity records, personnel controls and provider management according to risk, limiting unauthorized access and use. No online service can promise absolute security. Unverified security certifications, comprehensive encryption coverage or third-party audits must not be claimed.
After discovering an information security incident, the platform must investigate promptly, reduce its impact and notify affected individuals or competent authorities as required by applicable law. Users may report unusual activity through the official email address and must not give secret credentials to anyone claiming to be support staff.
User rights and requests
You may use the official email address to request information, access, correction, deletion and other applicable rights. Where relevant laws apply, these may also include obtaining a copy, portability, withdrawing consent, objecting to or restricting processing, opting out of sale/sharing or targeted advertising, limiting the use of sensitive information and appealing decisions.
Please provide your UID, a contact channel for replies and details of your request. The platform may conduct reasonable verification according to risk and must respond within applicable legal deadlines. It must not collect clearly excessive information for verification. Requests that legally require no identity verification, such as certain sale or sharing opt-outs, must be handled under the corresponding rules.
If a deadline is lawfully extended, a request is partly denied or information continues to be retained, the disclosable reasons and appeal methods must be explained. Withdrawal of consent does not affect processing lawfully completed before withdrawal. Legal retention duties and unfinished services may also limit deletion. Users must not face unlawful discrimination for exercising their rights.
Automated processing and browser choices
Providing general AI predictions does not mean that the platform makes automated decisions about each user that have legal or similarly significant effects. If such processing is introduced, its purposes, effects and applicable human review and objection channels must be separately explained. Consent must not be presumed from this Policy.
See the Cookie Policy for cookies, local storage and third-party connections. Opt-out signals such as Global Privacy Control are different from Do Not Track. Signals that must legally be honored must be handled according to actual implementation and applicable requirements.
Cross-border processing and minors
The platform serves users globally, and information may be processed by providers in different regions. Where relevant law requires cross-border safeguards, additional disclosures or specific transfer mechanisms, they must be implemented before the transfer. A statement that “use constitutes consent to cross-border transfers” does not replace those requirements.
Financial features are limited to users at least 18 years old who also meet any higher local minimum age. If information relating to an ineligible minor is discovered, the platform must restrict the relevant use and handle the records according to the circumstances and legal requirements. Parents or guardians may report concerns through the official email address.
Contact and updates
The contact email for privacy, personal information, complaints and security is microstrategyw@gmail.com. If a company email address is introduced later, the platform will publish the valid contact channel on its official website.
Material changes to purposes, recipients or rights require appropriate notice before implementation and renewed consent where necessary. Updates must not secretly expand the uses of existing information retroactively.
